Hand & Body Wash: When you are first using the pump, on the top of it there are two words "stop" and "open". Simply twist the pump two clicks to the right, to the "open" position. You will then be able to use the pump.

Hand & Body Lotion: Use Hand & Body lotion according to your needs and based on the level of dryness of your skin. Use it throughout the day. Apply to clean, dry skin. It works best after cleansing with the UpCircle Hand + Body Wash with Kiwi Water.
