Ingredients/Materials:

• Lavender: Organic Lavender Oil (Lavandula angustifolia).
100% Pure steam distilled oil.

• Lemongrass: Organic Lemongrass Essential Oil ( Cymbopogon flexuosus). 100% Pure cold pressed oil.

• Orange: Organic Sweet Orange Oil (Citrus sinensis). 100% Pure cold pressed oil.

• Peppermint: Derived and steam distilled from the leaves of the Mentha piperita.

• Sun Is Shining: Organic Lavender and Organic Sweet Orange essential oils with hints of Organic Rosemary and Organic Sage.

Instructions:

• Aromatherapy: Diffuse organic essential oil by adding 3-5 drops per 100ml of water to an oil diffuser. This can boost energy reduce feelings of anxiety, stress and promote a calm and relaxed environment for improved sleep.

• Topically: Use organic essential oil topically by diluting 4-6 drops in 20ml (2 Tbsp) of carrier oil.

• In the bathtub: Make a relaxing bath blend by adding 1 cup of Epsom salts, and adding 5-10 drops of organic essential oil to a warm bath.

• In your home: Use organic essential oil to make a natural air-freshening spray. Add 10 drops of peppermint oil, 20 drops of lemon essential oil, 15 drops of orange essential oil, ½ cup of pure vodka, and 1 cup of water to a spray bottle.

• In the dryer on your wool dryer balls: add a few (5-7) drops to one eco dryer ball before tossing them in your dryer. Repeat as needed.
