*Before starting the return process please consider that returns generate huge amounts of waste and CO2 emissions and even though our returns are carbon neutral, the more sustainable option is to keep the products you purchased. With that being said, some things just don’t work out, we get it. You and your satisfaction are our number one priority!

We carefully choose every eco-friendly product in our store but understand that some products might just not be the right fit for you. If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase we will make sure to make things right for you.

With our 100% happiness guarantee policy you can either get a store credit or return a product for a full refund, based on the nature and the condition of the product in question.

All our products fall under two categories when it comes to the return process:

1. Products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
*Please note that the original shipping cost (if applicable) will not be refunded.

2. Personal care and skin care products are not eligible for a return due to sanitary reasons. If you are not happy with the performance of any of the products from the above categories, you may submit a request for store credit.

If any of the items in your package arrive damaged, please reach out to us at info@greenecodream.com so we can send a replacement to you as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy:

We try to process orders as soon as possible and the order cannot be canceled once completed. However, we will try to do our best if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us with any urgent needs at info@greenecodream.com.

Refund Policy:

Green Eco Dream will issue a full refund for all returns that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase, and store credit for the products that have been used.
*Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
